2. Scope of services provided:
Accommodation in 8 rooms with sanitary facilities (toilet, shower, washbasin):
Rooms No. 1-7: 2× single bed and 1× bunk bed
Room No. 8: 3× single bed and 1× bunk bed
Total: 33 beds
Meals: No meals.
Room Amenities: Each room has a kitchenette with a microwave and grill,
induction two burner stove, refrigerator, sink, faucet with hot and cold water, plates, cutlery and glasses.
Drinking water: From public water supply, quality controlled according to current legislation by ALS Czech
Republic, s.r.o.
Hot water: Heating by electric boilers, annual inspection and cleaning.
Ventilation: Natural through windows.
Heating: Electric boiler with hot water supply.
Waste disposal: EKOD Servis s.r.o.
Staff welfare: Separate room.
Operating hours: 01. 06. – 30. 09. (according to climatic conditions).
Approval: decision no. Výst. 1921/95 of 16.8.1995 (legal force 31.8.1995).
3. Principles of prevention of communicable and other diseases:
Daily disinfection of sanitary facilities with virucidal agents (e.g. Savo, Domestos). Compliance with
instructions, exspirations, use of PPE (gloves, gowns, drapes). Changing products once a month to
reduce microbial resistance.
Daily cleaning of common areas, immediate if necessary. Disinfection in case of biological
contamination according to KHS guidelines.
Room cleaning: after guest departure or 1 time every 7 days.
Quarterly general cleaning: including washing of windows, light fixtures, mattresses and upholstery.
Trash bins: disinfected daily.
Tools: separate for toilet and other areas, stored in the cleaning chamber.
Disinsection: in case of occurrence (bedbugs, fleas) by a professional company ADERA, s.r.o.,
Extermination: 1 time a year, in case of overpopulation by a professional intervention service.
4. Handling of laundry:
Provided linen: bed linen, towels.
Storage: clean in wardrobes with washable surface, used in dirty linen storage.
Dispatch: Laundry Doksy, Václav Kapoun, Zámecká, Doksy.
Change interval: after each resident, at least once every 7 days.
Handling PPE: gloves, gowns, drapes (in case of infection).
Special regime: Laundry infested with parasites treated with insecticide, stored in a cool place for at least 3
weeks, then washed at 60 °C.
5. Security, fire protection and emergencies
Functional fire detectors and fire extinguishers are installed in the premises.
Staff are trained in fire safety and are familiar with the evacuation plan.
In the event of a fire, water leak, power outage or suspected contagious disease, the
person in charge or the EMTs are contacted immediately.
The evacuation plan is posted in the common areas.
6. Privacy Policy
The processing of personal data is carried out in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR) and Act No. 110/2019 Coll.
The data is processed only for the purpose of keeping guest records.
Guests have the right of access, correction, deletion and other rights under the GDPR.
7. Operating rules for guests
- Smoking is prohibited outside designated areas.
- Night rest: 22:00 – 6:00.
- Use of own el. appliances are prohibited (except chargers, laptops, shavers).
- Malfunctions and defects must be reported to the staff immediately.
- Guests are obliged to comply with these operating rules and the instructions of the staff.
8. Final provisions
These operating rules are binding on all staff and residents.
Violation of these rules may be grounds for termination.
