(hereinafter referred to as “accommodation provider”)

2. Definition of terms

Guest – a natural or legal person who enters into an accommodation contract.
Accommodation provider – Technical services of the town of Doksy, p. o., operating the Hotel on the Beach.
Accommodation contract – contract pursuant to § 2326 et seq. of the Civil Code.

3. Conclusion of the accommodation contract

The contract is formed by the confirmation of the reservation by the accommodation provider and the payment.
Reservation via the website www.hotelnaplazi.com is binding.
By sending the reservation, the guest confirms his/her acceptance of these terms and conditions.

4. Accommodation, facilities and range of services

The hotel provides accommodation without meals. Breakfast, lunch, dinner or other catering
services are not offered.
Each room is equipped with a kitchenette with induction double hob, microwave
oven with grill, fridge, kettle and kitchen utensils.
The room has its own bathroom with toilet, shower and sink.
It is strictly forbidden to organise hen parties, celebrations and other noisy events in the hotel.
Smoking and the use of narcotics are prohibited in the rooms and on the premises.
Pets are not allowed to protect guests suffering from allergies.

5. Arrival, departure and seasonal regime

Check-in: Sunday from 14:00
Check-out: Saturday until 10:00
During the high season (29 June – 30 August 2025), accommodation is only possible in weekly tours
Sunday-Saturday.
During this period, it is not possible to arrange earlier arrival or later departure due to
operational reasons.
Departure from the hotel by vehicle must take place no later than 10:00, as from
10:00 to 14:00 access to the hotel is closed by the security gate of the promenade.
In low season, arrival and departure can be arranged individually according to availability.

6. Parking and access to the hotel

Each room has one free parking space directly at the hotel.
Access to the hotel is possible only outside the time period 10:00-14:00, when the beach
promenade is closed for the safety of beach visitors.
Guests are obliged to obey the traffic signs and respect the instructions of the municipal police
or the staff.

7. Benefits for guests

The price includes the local tax from the stay according to Act No. 565/1990 Coll,




Guests staying at the accommodation have free access to all three town beaches
operated by the accommodation provider for the duration of their stay.
Access to the Klůček beach may be limited during cultural or musical
festivals, which will be informed in advance at the reception or on the
website.
Access includes free use of the water attractions on the beach in Staré Splavy
(during their operating hours).

8. Obligations of the guest

The guest is obliged to behave considerately towards other guests and the property of the accommodation provider.
The guest is responsible for any damage caused by him/her and is obliged to report it to
and pay for it without undue delay.
The guest is obliged to sort waste according to the instructions of the staff and to keep the hotel premises clean.

9. Responsibility of the accommodation provider

The accommodation provider is responsible for items brought in by the guest according to § 2946 et seq. Civil Code.
is not liable for damages caused by breach of the terms and conditions by the guest or third parties.

10. Final provisions

These conditions form an integral part of the accommodation contract.
Legal relations not regulated by these terms and conditions are governed by Act No. 89/2012 Coll.,
Civil Code.
The accommodation provider reserves the right to update these conditions at any time. The latest version is always
available at www.hotelnaplazi.com.
