2. Purpose of the processing of personal data

Your personal data is processed for the following purposes:
∙ conclusion and performance of the accommodation contract,
∙ keeping legal records of accommodated guests,
∙ issuing tax and accounting documents,
∙ fulfilling obligations under legal regulations (e.g. Local Tax Act, Foreigners Act),
∙ communication with the guest before, during and after the stay,
∙ protection of legal claims and property of the administrator.

3. Legal basis for processing

We process your data in accordance with Article 6(1) of the GDPR:
(b) – processing necessary for the performance of a contract,
(c) – processing necessary for compliance with a legal obligation,
(f) – legitimate interest of the controller (e.g. protection of property, debt recovery).

4. Scope of the processed data

Name, surname
Date of birth
Permanent address
Telephone, e-mail
Identity card details (for physical accommodation)
Details of reservation, length of stay, method of payment
For foreigners, in addition, the data required by Act No. 326/1999 Coll., on the residence of foreigners.

5. Recipients of personal data

Your data may be disclosed to:
∙ public authorities as required by law (e.g. foreign police, municipal authorities),
∙ IT and reservation system providers who have concluded a contract for the processing of
personal data with the controller,
∙ accountants and tax advisors if required by law.

6. Retention period of personal data

The data is stored for the duration of the contractual relationship and for the following statutory periods:
∙ Accounting documents: 10 years (Accounting Act),
∙ Accommodation records: 6 years (Local Tax Act).
Data processed on the basis of consent (e.g. for sending newsletters) will be stored until
its withdrawal.

7. Rights of the data subject

You have the right:
∙ to access your data,
∙ to have inaccurate data corrected,
∙ to have your data erased (to the extent that this does not conflict with the legal obligations of the controller),
∙ to have processing restricted,
∙ to have your data portable,
∙ to object to processing,
∙ to lodge a complaint with the Office for Personal Data Protection (www.uoou.cz).
