Purpose of the processing of personal data<\/h2>\n\n<p>Your personal data is processed for the following purposes:<br\/><em>\u2219<\/em> conclusion and performance of the accommodation contract,<br\/><em>\u2219<\/em> keeping legal records of accommodated guests,<br\/><em>\u2219<\/em> issuing tax and accounting documents,<br\/><em>\u2219<\/em> fulfilling obligations under legal regulations (e.g. Local Tax Act, Foreigners Act),<br\/><em>\u2219<\/em> communication with the guest before, during and after the stay,<br\/><em>\u2219<\/em> protection of legal claims and property of the administrator.<\/p>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">3. Legal basis for processing<\/h2>\n\n<p>We process your data in accordance with Article 6(1) of the GDPR:<br\/>(b) &#8211; processing necessary for the performance of a contract,<br\/>(c) &#8211; processing necessary for compliance with a legal obligation,<br\/>(f) &#8211; legitimate interest of the controller (e.g. protection of property, debt recovery).    <\/p>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">4. Scope of the processed data<\/h2>\n\n<p>Name, surname<br\/>Date of birth<br\/>Permanent address<br\/>Telephone, e-mail<br\/>Identity card details (for physical accommodation)<br\/>Details of reservation, length of stay, method of payment<br\/>For foreigners, in addition, the data required by Act No. 326\/1999 Coll., on the residence of foreigners.<\/p>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">5. Recipients of personal data<\/h2>\n\n<p>Your data may be disclosed to:<br\/><em>\u2219<\/em> public authorities as required by law (e.g. foreign police, municipal authorities),<br\/><em>\u2219<\/em> IT and reservation system providers who have concluded a contract for the processing of<br\/>personal data with the controller,<br\/><em>\u2219<\/em> accountants and tax advisors if required by law.<\/p>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">6. Retention period of personal data<\/h2>\n\n<p>The data is stored for the duration of the contractual relationship and for the following statutory periods:<br\/><em>\u2219<\/em> Accounting documents: 10 years (Accounting Act),<br\/><em>\u2219<\/em> Accommodation records: 6 years (Local Tax Act).<br\/>Data processed on the basis of consent (e.g. for sending newsletters) will be stored until<br\/>its withdrawal.<\/p>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">7. Rights of the data subject<\/h2>\n\n<p>You have the right:<br\/><em>\u2219<\/em> to access your data,<br\/><em>\u2219<\/em> to have inaccurate data corrected,<br\/><em>\u2219<\/em> to have your data erased (to the extent that this does not conflict with the legal obligations of the controller),<br\/><em>\u2219<\/em> to have processing restricted,<br\/><em>\u2219<\/em> to have your data portable,<br\/><em>\u2219 to<\/em> object to processing,<br\/><em>\u2219<\/em> to lodge a complaint with the Office for Personal Data Protection (www.uoou.cz).<\/p>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">8.
