Definition of terms<\/h2>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Guest &#8211; a natural or legal person who enters into an accommodation contract.<br\/>Accommodation provider &#8211; Technical services of the town of Doksy, p. o., operating the Hotel on the Beach.<br\/>Accommodation contract &#8211; contract pursuant to \u00a7 2326 et seq. of the Civil Code.   <\/p>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">3. Conclusion of the accommodation contract<\/h2>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The contract is formed by the confirmation of the reservation by the accommodation provider and the payment.<br\/>Reservation via the website www.hotelnaplazi.com is binding.<br\/>By sending the reservation, the guest confirms his\/her acceptance of these terms and conditions.<\/p>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">4. Accommodation, facilities and range of services<\/h2>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The hotel provides accommodation without meals. Breakfast, lunch, dinner or other catering<br\/>services are not offered.<br\/>Each room is equipped with a kitchenette with induction double hob, microwave<br\/>oven with grill, fridge, kettle and kitchen utensils.<br\/>The room has its own bathroom with toilet, shower and sink.<br\/>It is strictly forbidden to organise hen parties, celebrations and other noisy events in the hotel.<br\/>Smoking and the use of narcotics are prohibited in the rooms and on the premises.<br\/>Pets are not allowed to protect guests suffering from allergies. <\/p>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">5. Arrival, departure and seasonal regime<\/h2>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Check-in: Sunday from 14:00<br\/>Check-out: Saturday until 10:00<br\/>During the high season (29 June &#8211; 30 August 2025), accommodation is only possible in weekly tours<br\/>Sunday-Saturday.<br\/>During this period, it is not possible to arrange earlier arrival or later departure due to<br\/>operational reasons.<br\/>Departure from the hotel by vehicle must take place no later than 10:00, as from<br\/>10:00 to 14:00 access to the hotel is closed by the security gate of the promenade.<br\/>In low season, arrival and departure can be arranged individually according to availability.<\/p>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">6. Parking and access to the hotel<\/h2>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Each room has one free parking space directly at the hotel.<br\/>Access to the hotel is possible only outside the time period 10:00-14:00, when the beach<br\/>promenade is closed for the safety of beach visitors.<br\/>Guests are obliged to obey the traffic signs and respect the instructions of the municipal police<br\/>or the staff.<\/p>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">7. Benefits for guests<\/h2>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The price includes the local tax from the stay according to Act No. 565\/1990 Coll, <br\/><br\/><br\/><br\/><br\/> Guests staying at the accommodation have free access to all three town beaches<br\/>operated by the accommodation provider for the duration of their stay.<br\/>Access to the Kl\u016f\u010dek beach may be limited during cultural or musical<br\/>festivals, which will be informed in advance at the reception or on the<br\/>website.<br\/>Access includes free use of the water attractions on the beach in Star\u00e9 Splavy<br\/>(during their operating hours).<\/p>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">8. Obligations of the guest<\/h2>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The guest is obliged to behave considerately towards other guests and the property of the accommodation provider.<br\/>The guest is responsible for any damage caused by him\/her and is obliged to report it to<br\/>and pay for it without undue delay.<br\/>The guest is obliged to sort waste according to the instructions of the staff and to keep the hotel premises clean.<\/p>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">9. Responsibility of the accommodation provider<\/h2>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The accommodation provider is responsible for items brought in by the guest according to \u00a7 2946 et seq. Civil Code.<br\/>is not liable for damages caused by breach of the terms and conditions by the guest or third parties. <\/p>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">10. Final provisions<\/h2>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">These conditions form an integral part of the accommodation contract.<br\/>Legal relations not regulated by these terms and conditions are governed by Act No. 89\/2012 Coll.,<br\/>Civil Code.<br\/>The accommodation provider reserves the right to update these conditions at any time.
