Scope of services provided:<\/h2>\n\n<p>Accommodation in 8 rooms with sanitary facilities (toilet, shower, washbasin):<br\/>Rooms No. 1-7: 2\u00d7 single bed and 1\u00d7 bunk bed<br\/>Room No. 8: 3\u00d7 single bed and 1\u00d7 bunk bed<br\/>Total: 33 beds<br\/>Meals: No meals.<br\/>Room Amenities: Each room has a kitchenette with a microwave and grill,<br\/>induction two burner stove, refrigerator, sink, faucet with hot and cold water, plates, cutlery and glasses.<br\/>Drinking water: From public water supply, quality controlled according to current legislation by ALS Czech<br\/>Republic, s.r.o.<br\/>Hot water: Heating by electric boilers, annual inspection and cleaning.<br\/>Ventilation: Natural through windows.<br\/>Heating: Electric boiler with hot water supply.<br\/>Waste disposal: EKOD Servis s.r.o.<br\/>Staff welfare: Separate room.<br\/>Operating hours: 01.   06. &#8211; 30. 09. (according to climatic conditions).<br\/>Approval: decision no. V\u00fdst. 1921\/95 of 16.8.1995 (legal force 31.8.1995).<\/p>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">3. Principles of prevention of communicable and other diseases:<\/h2>\n\n<p>Daily disinfection of sanitary facilities with virucidal agents (e.g. Savo, Domestos). Compliance with<br\/>instructions, exspirations, use of PPE (gloves, gowns, drapes). Changing products once a month to<br\/>reduce microbial resistance.<br\/>Daily cleaning of common areas, immediate if necessary. Disinfection in case of biological<br\/>contamination according to KHS guidelines.<br\/>Room cleaning: after guest departure or 1 time every 7 days.<br\/>Quarterly general cleaning: including washing of windows, light fixtures, mattresses and upholstery.<br\/>Trash bins: disinfected daily.<br\/>Tools: separate for toilet and other areas, stored in the cleaning chamber.<br\/>Disinsection: in case of occurrence (bedbugs, fleas) by a professional company ADERA, s.r.o., <br\/> Extermination: 1 time a year, in case of overpopulation by a professional intervention service.   <\/p>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">4. Handling of laundry:<\/h2>\n\n<p>Provided linen: bed linen, towels.<br\/>Storage: clean in wardrobes with washable surface, used in dirty linen storage.<br\/>Dispatch: Laundry Doksy, V\u00e1clav Kapoun, Z\u00e1meck\u00e1, Doksy.<br\/>Change interval: after each resident, at least once every 7 days.<br\/>Handling PPE: gloves, gowns, drapes (in case of infection).<br\/>Special regime: Laundry infested with parasites treated with insecticide, stored in a cool place for at least 3<br\/>weeks, then washed at 60 \u00b0C.<\/p>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">5. Security, fire protection and emergencies<\/h2>\n\n<p>Functional fire detectors and fire extinguishers are installed in the premises.<br\/>Staff are trained in fire safety and are familiar with the evacuation plan.<br\/>In the event of a fire, water leak, power outage or suspected contagious disease, the<br\/>person in charge or the EMTs are contacted immediately.<br\/>The evacuation plan is posted in the common areas.<\/p>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">6. Privacy Policy<\/h2>\n\n<p>The processing of personal data is carried out in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016\/679 (GDPR) and Act No. 110\/2019 Coll. <br\/>The data is processed only for the purpose of keeping guest records.<br\/>Guests have the right of access, correction, deletion and other rights under the GDPR.<\/p>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">7. Operating rules for guests<\/h2>\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Smoking is prohibited outside designated areas.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Night rest: 22:00 &#8211; 6:00.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Use of own el. appliances are prohibited (except chargers, laptops, shavers). <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Malfunctions and defects must be reported to the staff immediately.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Guests are obliged to comply with these operating rules and the instructions of the staff.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">8.
