Booking and payment<\/h2>\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">2.1 Booking via www.hotelnaplazi.com<\/h3>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The reservation is binding and requires payment through the online payment gateway.<br\/>After submitting the reservation, the system will automatically redirect the guest to the payment gateway.<br\/>The reservation is confirmed only after successful receipt of payment.<\/p>\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">2.2 Employee recreation &#8211; payment on invoice<\/h3>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Guests whose stay is paid by the employer are issued an invoice with a due date of 7 calendar days.<br\/>If payment is not credited within 7 days, the reservation automatically expires without refund and the date is<br\/>released.<\/p>\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">2.3 Booking.com reservations<\/h3>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">When booking through Booking.com, only the Booking.com terms and conditions and cancellation policy apply.<br\/>These terms and conditions do not apply to bookings made through www.hotelnaplazi.com.<\/p>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">3. Cancellation policy for reservations via www.hotelnaplazi.com<\/h2>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">If the guest cancels his\/her reservation, the following conditions apply:<br\/>Cancellation period before arrival &#8211; Cancellation fee<br\/>more than 14 days &#8211; no cancellation fee<br\/>7 to 14 days &#8211; 50% of the total price<br\/>less than 7 days &#8211; 100% of the total price<br\/>Cancellation must be made in writing (by e-mail).<br\/>In case of no-show without notification, the host is entitled to a 100% cancellation fee.<\/p>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">4. Shortening of stay and early departure<\/h2>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">If the stay is interrupted or shortened, the guest is not entitled to a refund<\/p>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">5. Seasonal reservations<\/h2>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">During the high season (22 June 2025 &#8211; 30 August 2025) it is only possible to book weekly stays from<br\/>Sunday to Saturday.<br\/>Shortening your stay or booking for fewer days during this period is not possible.<\/p>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">6. Higher Power<\/h2>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">In case of extraordinary circumstances (e.g. natural disaster, pandemic, government intervention),<br\/>can cancel the reservation without cancellation fee.<br\/>The accommodation provider will offer a refund or an alternative date<\/p>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">7. Final provisions<\/h2>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">By submitting a reservation, the guest confirms that he\/she has read and agrees to these terms and conditions.<br\/>These terms and conditions form a separate part of the contractual relationship with the accommodation provider.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>accommodation facility \u201cHotel on the beach\u201d &#8211; Doksy 1.
